Because many WorldFrame products are made to order, we do not accept general change-of-mind returns once production has started. This policy explains when replacements, store credit, or refunds may be available.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please use our contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging where possible.
Eligible Resolutions
When an issue is confirmed, WorldFrame may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to request a cancellation or change, contact us as quickly as possible through our contact page. We can only cancel or modify an order before production has started.
Shipping Issues
If tracking indicates a delivery problem or a package appears to be lost in transit, please use our contact page. We will review the shipment status and work with the carrier and fulfillment provider where appropriate.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue directly.
